We do not store your Google password.

C. User Content

When you use our AI tools, we collect the text you enter, such as SIWES details or project information. This content is required to generate results and to help prevent misuse. When using the CV builder, the information you provide is sent to our API solely for the purpose of generating your PDF CV. We do not store this information in our database. The data is processed temporarily, and the generated PDF may be saved locally on your device using local storage.

D. Payment Information

• We receive only payment confirmation from Paystack or Flutterwave
• We do not store your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the AI tools and features

We never sell your data.

3. Data Storage

• MongoDB Atlas encrypted databases
• Secure Vercel servers
• HTTPS encrypted communication

4. AI Model Use

To generate results, the text you provide is temporarily sent to one or more third-party AI language model providers we work with. We choose these providers based on output quality, reliability, and cost, and we do not disclose which specific providers are in use at any given time, as this is part of our internal product architecture. We only send the information necessary to generate your requested output, and we do not send your name, email, or account identifiers to these providers unless it is directly required for the feature you are using. We do not use your data to train these models, beyond any anonymised, aggregated telemetry a provider may automatically collect as part of its own service operation.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for:

You may disable cookies but some features will stop working.

6. Sharing of Data

We only share data with:

• Payment processors
• AI API providers
• Error monitoring tools

We do not share or sell your data for marketing.

• User accounts are stored until you delete them
• AI generation logs may be kept up to 180 days
• Payment records are stored for legal compliance

8. Your Rights

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the new version here with a revised effective date.

10. Nigerian Data Protection Law

We are committed to handling personal data responsibly in line with the principles of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, including data minimisation, purpose limitation, and honouring user rights as described in this policy. Some inputs you provide may be processed by third-party AI providers located outside Nigeria (see Section 4) solely to generate your requested output. Should our data processing activities reach the scale requiring formal registration as a Data Controller of Major Importance with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), we will register accordingly.
