MonoEd provides digital tools that instantly generate academic materials. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive credits
- You experienced a verified technical issue during payment
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction
3. Non Refundable Cases
We cannot issue refunds when:
- You already used the purchased credits
- You changed your mind after receiving generated content
- The output does not match your preferred writing style
- Incorrect or incomplete user inputs affected the output
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting MonoEd first may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please provide the following details:
- Your registered email
- Payment reference ID
- Description of the issue

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
