1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MonoEd you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

MonoEd provides AI based tools that generate SIWES reports, logbooks, project topics, CVs, and other academic documents. Results generated are suggestions and should be reviewed before submission.

3. Eligibility

You must be a student or individual using the platform for academic or personal purposes. You must not use MonoEd for fraudulent, harmful or illegal activities.

4. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We do not store your Google password.

5. Credits and Payments

• Some tools require credits to use
• Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave
• All sales are final except in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues

We do not store your card details. All billing information is handled by the payment provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MonoEd to generate harmful or abusive content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse engineer the platform
• Share content that violates academic integrity rules
• Create multiple accounts for abuse or credit manipulation

7. AI Generated Content

AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and public information. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or academic acceptance of the materials.

8. Intellectual Property

• The MonoEd platform, design, and code are our property
• Generated outputs belong to you
• You may not copy or redistribute our platform code or UI

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your activities pose a risk to other users or the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

MonoEd is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any academic penalties, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
